This place sucked. Stay as far away from this place as possible. That’s if they even let you check in. The hotel staff is extremely hateful, disrespectful, and displays the direct reflection of how much they hate their life.
When I arrived the rude clerk behind the bulletproof glass told me they were fully booked up and that I would not and could not check in. I said politely, I don’t understand? I have a prepaid room. Forcefully and rudely reiterated that I would not be checking in. Finally, she asked me if I had made my reservation on Expedia. I said yes, and she asked my name and she looked down and muttered apparently to herself “That wasn’t there before”, looked right back up at me and told me they were overbooked and I could not check in. I left her there raging in her cage and went and checked in at yet another Hampton Inn
Arrived later at night, was unable to access my room and customer support couldnt do anything to assist as no one was on the property, had to get a whole different hotel.
Had easier axcess to go outdoors to vape.
WARNING!!!!⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ I booked this hotel because it was cheaper than anyone else in Waco. I do not advise staying here they want to charge you a $250 damage fee and $100 deposit, but they do not make that clear when you book the room. They stole my momey from me and refused to refund me my money. I even called hotels.com and they call the hotel and they still refused. They are rude, ungreatful, disrespectful. I had to sleep outside with my kids on Christmas Eve and it was cold and raining. They absolutely ruined my kids Christmas. They will not let you talk to a manager either! I do not recommend staying here at all...STAY AWAY!!!!
At first it looked ok for the price. Then roaches started coming out of the woodwork and uncovered the bed and there were bugs in it. Tv didn’t work either. So I left and booked another hotel. Didn’t even stay there. A waste of money
I never stayed at this hotel. I was turned away at the door stating the property was full and my reservation was canceled. Expedia has failed to help me with a refund and I cannot get the hotel’s customer service to answer the phone.

It was a standard stay the area isn’t great with shady people around the hotel area. A bit dirty but expected for the price. The staff was super friendly and professional.
Room was dirty. I asked the staff to switch rooms or clean mine and was told no.
