The staff were super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect - walking distance to all the main attractions and plenty of eating choices around the hotel.

The room (especially the couch, which had badly stained cushions) was a little tired. The hot food selection of the breakfast buffet was not especially appealing.

Tout, nous avion reservé unE chambre familliale et nous avons eu une chambre de 2 personnes ou ils ont rajouté un canapé lit. Impossible de bouger dans la chambre. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre mais le personnel etait ingras et a rien fait, nous avons demandé un remboursement pour changer d hotel, la encore impossible. J ai essayee de jondre booking par telephone mais impossible non plus de parler a qq un, on parlait a une IA Cet hotel merite meme pas 1 etoile!!! Nous nous sommes vraiment fait arnaqué a ce prix. Regardez les photos, ils appel cela une chambre familliale!!!!

Great property and location.

We had a power outage at 3am and the lady that came to our room was not able to fix it. I went downstairs half an hour later and there was nobody anywhere on the premises

En general todo fue muy bien.

El desayuno. Considero que podría ser mas variado. Si bien el hotel se encuentra en una zona cercana a la Gran Vía en las proximidades el ambiente no es el mejor.
