This hotel was neat, easy to check in and out, had easy parking, and right beside the venue we were going to. I will stay here again.

We really like the hotel

Very clean and friendly staff. Great view of the city and close to a lot of cool things in the downtown area. Only misstep is no complimentary breakfast but the breakfast they do offer is good but slightly pricey ~10-18$ per person

Beautiful and modern room. I slept like a baby on that comfortable mattress. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is an excellent hotel.

The private safe, comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, high-security elevators, large flat-screen tv, black out curtains, room was cooled well

Check in staff had zero personality and not at all helpful. I don't know if room had been cleaned. We found makeup on the side from last individuals. Although the room looked clean the floor was filthy. You feet would be black within seconds of walking on the floor in bare feet. Had a plastic back with painters' tape over the smoke detector. We got a room on the back side of the hotel. I went back down to ask if we could get a room on the front side as it was overlooking the park and was the main reason we choose that hotel.
