"Parking ticket rip off"

Awful experience all the way around They expect you to pay for parking even when patronizing the restaurant and have a rent a cop that writes tickets for $35 Never going again. They got our order wrong and did not put in all the food at the same time so it came out separately. The worst part again is this site is a parking ticket scam - under stand they have to keep people not staying there or visiting restaurant from parking but front desk did nothing about ticket even though we had just had brunch. Never again

"Not my first stay, will be my last"

Not my first stay at this hotel, but I wont be returning. Someone with a key tried to open our door not once, but twice during our stay. Luckily we had the door stopper. We reported it, it happened again. We were told no one was scheduled to come to our room yet "maintenence" arrived and said the room was unoccupied, while we were sleeping. Was never informed about parking protocols, got ticketed and the front was not helpful and sent me away since I had already checked out. Sam at Customer Service was nice, but do not feel safe staying there again since the people trying to get into our room had keys.

Place was clean. There was no room service. Cleaning is only every other day. Overall, it was decent but if you are trying to attend an event at VBC, would recommend staying at embassy suites as it’s connected.
