Kiváló volt minden, semmire sem volt panaszunk. Kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet, az ételek, italok választéka és minősége is teljesen kielégítette az igényeinket, a párom gluténmentes étrendjéhez is gond nélkül tudtak alkalmazkodni. Lenyűgöző volt a medence felőli oldal, főleg éjszaka kivilágítva, ugyanakkor a tenger felőli oldal is nagyon tetszett nekünk. Mindkét oldalnak meg van a maga hangulata, így színesebben tölthettük el az időnk. A nászutunkat töltöttük itt, abszolút az elvárásaink felett teljesített a szálloda.

I visited this hotel with my 27 year old daughter, who had researched the hotel thoroughly via many social media sites & this is the crowd the hotel attracts. Most visitors to the hotel I would have said were under 30 . The hotel is a short drive from the airport & is well maintained. The rooms although on the small side were cleaned well & we did like the reusable water bottles in the room. The food was pretty good in the buffet, not the biggest choice but was always fresh. We ate in both the restaurants. The Greek tray club was by far the best the food was amazing, the Italian not so good, it ran out of some of the dishes and it seemed all food was reheated to order. The Italian for lunch was far better, all fresh pizzas, pasta & salads. The pool area was massive, loads of free beds, although the Balinese beds were all taken before 8am. Drinks could be ordered via an app to your bed, the alcoholic drinks were quite watered down, all the soft drinks were fine though. There was loud music most if the time DJs most afternoon catering for the younger crowd. The hotel is classed as a 5* hotel although it did fall short in regards to the usual 5* expectations on service, for example you had to serve yourself hot drinks at breakfast & no concierge, which was no hardship but not what you would expect. Would I visit with my 53 year old husband, probably not, but for the children & their friends I would highly recommend.

Das Essen war wirklich einfach durchweg toll. Super angerichtet und echt lecker. Für jeden etwas dabei.

Very nice hotel! The facilities are great and the staff is lovely. Big compliments for Anna, she's so sweet and great with kids! She made our stay extra special. Also the food is very good. The kitchen even prepared special meals for our baby (veggies and fruit). I would definitely recommend to go here if you're looking for an all inclusive hotel that doesn't feel too massive.

The swimming pool is not heated, so it was too cold to swim in October. Also we received the wrong room type during check-in but the hotel solved it properly and we were happy with the solution.

I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but it’s definitely not what we’ve experienced. I’ve stayed at the hotel now 3 times. I stayed with my husband in September and had previously been in the June prior, we had another fabulous week. On arrival we were given the wrong room not the room which we had booked. I questioned this with reception as I had booked an annex pool view which are my favourites. I was given the main block instead. I asked the lovely receptionist if they could give us the annex as this was the room which we had booked. The issue was sorted and within minutes they had moved us to the annex but in a huge suit which was fantastic and beautiful. I was happy and so was my husband as we didn’t expect such a fabulous large room. I can’t fault the hotel, the staff go above and beyond to help. Staff are all super friendly. Food was good, maybe a little the same each day but i expect that being all inclusive. The puddings are amazing! Drinks were good, my only criticism is that some of the plastic type glasses had seen better days. Ice cream parlour was lovely,as was the bakery. No issues with the staff memes who run the parlour and bakery, they were both super lovely to us as we was them. Bar staff worked hard and worked as quick as they could given how busy they are. Cleaning… it was ok, not the greatest but clean towels etc were left daily. Only issue was topping up small items in the bathroom area. Not a real issue but could have been better. I’m finding some of the previous reviews very strange and I don’t feel they are correct in what they are saying. My one and only issue we found in September was the pool DJ to be to loud, I get some people love the music but for us it was to loud, I enjoy the music but the volume needs to be keep down a little. Most guests around us said the same. We’ve booked again to return in June and already looking forward to our next trip here. Thanks again Electra palace for another great stay! Wer in einem 5 Sterne Hotel seine Zeit auf Rhodos verbringen möchte, um vor allem bei Freunden und Familie ein bisschen zu prahlen ist hier genau richtig. Für alle anderen, die auch wirklich ein 5 Sterne Hotel suchen, würden wir eine Weitersuche empfehlen. Wir waren Anfang Oktober im Electra Palace und wurden gleich Mal in der eleganten Eingangshalle mit hohen Decken und schönem Luster von sehr freundlichem Personal begrüßt. (Das Personal ist auf jeden Fall positiv zu vermerken - hier wird man stets höflich, respektvoll und freundlich behandelt) Das Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke konnte mit Blick aufs Meer und einem Willkommensgruß überzeugen. Und der erste Tag konnte schon auf der Liege am Pool starten, mit Cocktails, Cocktails und nochmals Cocktails, während man in der Sonne brutzelt. Der Service auch hier gut und die vorgemixten Cocktails lassen sich auch den ganzen Tag trinken. Und nach den ersten schönen Eindrücken, fielen uns immer mehr negative Details auf: - wir waren nur 5 Tage hier, aber uns wurde nicht vorab mitgeteilt, dass man in 3 A la Carte Restaurants reservieren muss um am Abend einzukehren und dass diese Restaurants auch nicht jeden Tag geöffnet sind und dass es eben auch sein kann, dass man den ganzen Urlaub dort gar keinen Tisch bekommt. Na gut, dann halt immer wieder zum Buffet Restaurant zurück.. (das Essen war in Ordnung, eher mittelmäßig gut) - wir sind nicht nur Personen, die ihre Zeit am Pool verbringen möchten, sondern auch die angebotenen Aktivitäten nutzen möchten. Sportliche Aktivitäten, darunter Yoga, Pilates und Volleyball. Hier kam der große Schock, denn wer einen Blick ums Hotel zu den Sportanlagen wagt wird mit ungepflegter Wiese, Müll, zugewucherten Volleyball Platz a la "bitte bleib doch bitte am Pool liegen und betrink dich" belohnt. (Bilder hängen wir auch dazu) Warum bietet man das überhaupt an, fragen wir uns?
