Quality Inn Bulls Gap

Nothing. This place was disgusting and absolutely terrible.

Staff was extremely rude and were smoking in the front office. They both looked like they were on drugs, unkept and were extremely rude and obnoxious.

Stayed on Friday came back on Sunday they said I need to give them 100.00 cash because im local i explained im not i have a cdl i recently moved didn't change my address yet driving a truck I there often that's discrimination i said keep it i left my credit card on the desk 10 minutes later I remembered I left it called the cow at the desk she said I didn't she had a attitude because I said id never stay there again I don't know why I would have to give 100.cash when paying with a credit card anyway stay away

Clean and great customer service and honest housekeepers. We live 580 miles away and my daughter left her Apple Watch and the desk clerk called me 20 minutes after I had left and told me so I could come back and get it. And kudos to the housekeeper for actually turning it in!

I really didn’t dislike anything every time I stay here at least once a month it’s good! I just wish they had fruit and yogurt for breakfast as well! Like bananas and yogurt cups!

There was an elevator instead of stairs i have a bad knee so it was convenient

Toilet seat broken. Plastic bolt for seat on floor. Don’t know if staff didn’t see it or didn’t mop the bathroom floor. If they had they would’ve found it. Tv remote didn’t work but desk person came up and fixed it.(thank you) breakfast had cold eggs, no meat . Coffee good. Coffee on floor in front of coffee pots. And by the way, the sink in the bathroom must have 100 lbs of pressure. Turn it on and it sprayed me after bouncing off the sink. Takes almost 5 minutes to get hot water to the shower head.

The room we got had a good amount of black mold in it, to the extent of causing me to feel like I’m sick. It’s genuinely the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed in, and the outlet by the tv wasn’t exactly on right and it seemed like a fire hazard. Not sure how they can feel okay selling rooms like that
