Quality Inn Bulls Gap

Price and staff very good.

Toilet was like 14 inches high. Made for kids or height challenged people.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. (And I stay in hotels 2-4 weekends a month). 1. The TV didn't start (fixed by the front desk person). 2. There was a phone in the room but it did not work. 3. The refrigerator had a total puddle in the bottom (used one of the towels to clean up the mess). 4. The one strip of grass behind the ground floor to walk dogs is littered with trash. My dog cut his paw on an inverted bottle cap (there were Lots of bottle caps etc). 5. Bathroom sink water never got warm enough or hot. 6. The shower did not 'spray,' but had one weak stream in the middle and, again, no hot water. Should I go on? Never Again!

Great location. Staff was great. Room was clean and very nice. Great price for what you get.

The smoke alarm started beeping from low batteries in the middle of the night around 2 am. That sucked! The staff switched the batteries as soon as I told him but I had a hard time getting back to sleep. Also, breakfast should be until 10. People want to enjoy breakfast and not be rushed.

The beds were comfortable and front desk staff tried to fix issues. Breakfast was decent.

Didn’t feel safe. Room was not very clean. We stayed in the bottom because we had a dog, but it was obvious that the pet rooms were sub standard. Chair had a big rip in it, walls were filthy and tv didn’t work properly. People were hanging out in the parking lot late at night and there were no key locks on the doors going to the outside. We had to be moved to another room and cleanliness was an issue for both rooms.

Staff and price was great.

Water shut off to water main break but back on in hours. Tv remotes turned on other room tv at night.
