The staff was very friendly at the check-in desk upon arrival. We ordered (overpriced) food from the restaurant which was okay- nothing to write home about though. The bathrooms in the hotel rooms were nice, as they had a large walk in shower set up that i liked.

The sheets on the bed were blood stained- which went unnoticed until morning, after we had slept on them all night. I was disgusted with that. It was evident that the stains were old. I told the person at check out- to which she responded that she would let housekeeping know- no attempt at compensation was made. I was also disappointed that the hotel itself was under renovations while we were staying there. This was not advertised when the trip was booked- after driving for several hours we found that our child would not be able to use the pool that she was so looking forward to during our stay because there was a huge pool closed sign at the check in desk. This was not advertised on the website or anywhere - otherwise I would have stayed elsewhere.

Extremely clean, newly remodeled room, pool, beautiful gardens and walking trails, close to Bryce Jordan, excellent staff, wonderful restaurant and breakfast buffet. I would HIGHLY recommend!

Free shuttle to campus locations

They didn't have my corrected reservation and screwed up the billing. Front desk couldn't resolve it when I was checking out and put it on me to contact their reservations person later. That person never returned my call. I then emailed her and while she did correct the billing mistake, she never bothered to respond to my email.
