Classic Hotel Muar

Mall is just beside the hotel..Easy to find food.

The staff at the reception counter cld do with some training on friendly & warm communication skills to make the customer feel good /welcomed

Very convenient location. Walkable to various dining and shops.

Very dirty, not maintained, no heater, faulty aircond and lights, like living in a aged motel. Very disappointed on such a huge space being killed of for not maintaining it

Not to comfortable due to old hotel and and unclean bathroom

Convenient access to a Mall next door, place to eat and easy parking. However, the rooms' condition seem to be 'aged'.

toilet dirty, room also not vacuum very well, i can see dust & dirt on every corner. very poor lighting in the room

Central location with lots of eating places around . Supermarket nearby plus quite a lot of shops . The hotel has been refurbished but unfortunately not the bathroom . On the plus side the rooms are spacious . The staff are friendly and helpful. Car parking is free .

Superior room description stated 1 double bed and 2 single bed but was told it’s a OR. What kind of description is that..

Superior room description stated 1 double bed and 2 single bed but was told it’s a OR. What kind of description is that..Requested to upgrade the room but was turned down though there are rooms available, asked for manager’s contact also turned down. Poor customer service.
