"A hotel that is a total disaster "

Apart from the friendly staff, everything else was too far below expectation, paying for a better room does not mean you actually get a better room. Nonetheless, it was tolerable until the shower burst when switched on, it was late and we were tired, do we call for help?! It was a bad situation, and since it was just one night and we knew we will never return to this place again. Just associate it with bad luck and poor evaluation provided on hotels.com.

"Average Stay "

The hotel location is good, with a shopping mall downstairs and Glutton Street within walking distance. However, the kettle in the room was faulty and caused the current of the whole room to be cut. Took a while to restore it. The service of Little Muar for the breakfast was horrible. Lots of people waited for quite a while before they were served. Hopefully they recruit more people to help assist in situation like this.
