The staff and service was excellent. The staff especially were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The amenities and rooms were had everything and the pool and gym and sauna was excellent.

**Title:** Consistently Strong Stay with a Slight Breakfast Dip Stayed at Hilton Aberdeen TECA for three nights from 9th to 11th April and, as with previous visits, the overall experience was consistently high standard from check-in through to departure. Check-in was around 2:30pm and handled exactly as I’ve come to expect. The front desk agent took the time to clearly explain everything to my mum, who was staying for the first time, which was a really thoughtful touch and also helped me make sure nothing was missed. My Diamond status was, as usual, recognised and acknowledged without issue. The room was a two queen bed configuration with a shower over bath. It was clean, well maintained, and still feels impressively new despite opening in 2019—something not many hotels manage to maintain. The HVAC system is almost too effective at times; it genuinely pushes the room into sauna territory, meaning the air conditioning is needed just to bring it back to a comfortable level. My mum particularly enjoyed the room, especially the bath, as she only has a shower at home, so it added a nice extra comfort to the stay. Dinner was excellent, both opting for the burger and fries, which continue to be among the best I’ve had in a hotel setting. A special mention to William in the Executive Lounge, who ensured a warm and welcoming experience throughout. Despite a certain sporting team also staying on the Friday night and the increased pressure that naturally brings to a busy hotel environment, staff maintained excellent service levels throughout without any noticeable drop in attentiveness or organisation. The only real downside of the stay was breakfast, which didn’t meet the usual standard I associate with the hotel. The scrambled eggs felt quite budget in quality rather than high-end, and the sausages were similar in that regard. It’s included as part of Diamond benefits, so it remains good value overall, but if paid separately it would be harder to justify. Overall, still a strong stay with excellent service and rooms, just let down slightly by breakfast on this occasion

This is the cleanest hotel I have had the pleasure to stay in, in years, every area of this hotel is spotless. The housekeeping and cleaning staff are doing a great job. The staff are all excellent, well trained and very pleasant to deal with. The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service. Reception staff are very pleasnt, knowledgeable and willing to make sure you are well looked after. The spa is a beautiful relaxing experience, there was some kids jumping in (notice states no jumping) and it was refreshing to note the staff attended and reminded them the rules, shame the parents didn't. I had a fabulous relaxing break and I'll be going back again.
