CREW Hotel

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was replenished frequently and really was suited to all tastes. Loved the fruit and yoghurt. Location meant easy access to markets, massages and old part of Chiang Mai. Quite hot weather meant Grabs were easier and more comfortable to use. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, loved the hot water and powerful shower. The staff were pleasant, polite and friendly. Even though the hotel was busy, gauging by number of people at breakfast, the hotel rooms were quiet and the hotel was peaceful. We were not disturbed by movement of people in the hotel. Our stay was comfortable and most refreshing. Excellent price performance.

Personnel très sympa et dynamique. À l’écoute de la clientèle et prêt à apporter leur aide si nécessaire. Pas un très large choix pour le petit déjeuner mais qui pour moi était quand même suffisant et bon !

Notre chambre était la première au rez-de-chaussée donc on entendait malheureusement tout lorsque les gens étaient très bruyant. On a vu avec l’équipe pour une chambre mais l’hôtel était déjà complet. Salle de bain : pas de fenêtre au rez-de-chaussée, pas de pommeau de douche juste une petite tête de douche
