CREW Hotel

Les employés sont très gentils. Beaucoup de services sont inclus dans le prix, comme le déjeuner, service bagage, bouteille d’eau à volonté. L’espace est très bien aménagé, et très propre. Je recommande amplement.

Le seul point négatif que j’ai à dire est que les lits ne sont pas très confortables.

Breakfast was delicious!! So many amazing options that were authentic. Staff was always very helpful, location was great and central to the city. Only like a 10-12min drive from Chiang Mai airport.

Hôtel situé proche de la vieille ville ! La chambre est agréable et le petit déjeuner état vraiment très bon ! L’eau, café, thé sont en libre service toute la journée ce qui est vraiment bien ! Je recommande

The location is amazing, right in the heart of downtown Chiang Mai. Very close to the Chiang Mai canal. It is within walking distance of all the weekend walking streets/markets but still a peaceful area of town. The staff are wonderful, incredibly friendly people. Always willing to help, they make you feel at home, almost like staying with family. I can't speak highly enough of the staff, their recommendations are superb, and they make booking tours and attractions so easy. There are even some lovely cats that greet you outside every day. The facilities are excellent also. They provide a wonderful variety for breakfast each day with all the favourites as well as different offerings each day so it is always a delight having breakfast. Everyone in the hotel sits down together to share the buffet, just adding to the feeling of being with friends or family. They also have fresh fruit throughout the day, and beautiful juices available too in the lobby. Free coffee and biscuits around the clock as well in the lobby. I cannot recommend the CREW hotel enough. Honestly such an amazing place to stay in Chiang Mai. The rooms are also incredibly spacious so you don't feel like you're cramped. The pool is also wonderful to just relax in after a long day of exploring Chiang Mai or as a place to cool off during the mid day sun.
