B&B Guesthouse - Bed and Breakfast Keflavik Centre

I made a reservation for this accommodation and unfortunately I had to postpone my trip because my fiancée's brother, who was going to travel with me, discovered a brain tumor. My fiancée asked to postpone the trip until he had surgery to remove the tumor and she felt comfortable traveling. I tried to contact the accommodation to ask for a refund if possible and they denied it. I tried more than once to ask them to allow us to reschedule the accommodation for 2025 and they were not kind enough to respond. They had nothing to lose by accepting our request to reschedule the date, and yet they chose to completely ignore us.

"Front desk" person is not always there for check-in...also picks up people from the airport.

Shuttle to airport was convenient and on time.

They provide only one transfer to or from the airport. So if you need a ride both ways plan on paying $32 US Reception person was grouchy and more interested in his phone than checking us in

Very convenient near airport but shower head damaged and half the water sprayed sideways and the drain was very slow causing the shower floor to flood

Awesome property! We had so much fun there!

Very clean but very basic…good place to sleep before an early morning flight.
