Staff - especially Ayanna. She went beyond expectations to meet our needs. What a hard worker she is. You are blest to have her.

The door was loud and heavy. The air conditioner needed help. It made such noise during the night. It woke us up many times during the night. Rooms too small.

Location, clean rooms

The elevator smelled every time like body odor. The fact is, if you are going to house a large group of construction workers/day laborers, maybe put an air freshener in the elevator and other enclosed, communal spaces.
