TRU and Hilton have a great one. Andrew is one of a kind. When you walk in you are greeted friendly. If you see him in the elevator or the hallway he is always asking how he can make the stay better. The hotel is very clean and the service is amazing. 5 stars for sure and he is an amazing guy.

I love this hotel! I travel all of the time for business and leisure. I'd be hard pressed to find even a "luxury brand" that has staff as dedicated as the team here. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Location is excellent too!

What I liked was the customer service Alexa gave me. Had me sign up for Hilton Rewards program too since she mentioned it. No extra blankets in the room. The stay was excellent. Definitely recommend if in the Clemson area.

"Incredible staff"

The staff at Tru By Hilton Clemson went above and beyond during a recent visit - even though I was not a guest at the hotel (was sold out during a home football game) they went far beyond their responsibilities to help arrange transport to another location at a very busy time. Andrew the GM and their front desk team were fantastic.

I’ve been going to the Clemson Tru hotel for almost 5 years now. When I first started going, they had recently opened and had that new team excitement. What’s amazing to me is that the team under the management of Andrew are just as excited and friendly as the day they opened. The hotel is in beautiful condition. It looks like it’s new. Not only that, they make you feel you are truly at home away from home. The hotel has proper Clemson spirit thanks to the team :-) they make it look easy, but I’m sure it’s hard work to keep that level of enthusiasm and professionalism. Even the chaos of game day weekend did not shake their hospitality minded attitude. Thank you all for making us feel welcome once again :-) I don’t know how you do it, but please keep it up!
