Walking distance to restaurants and shopping 🛍

My room was not cleaned the next day(Saturday morning.) I was not informed and did not know you were to let housekeeping know if you wanted this done. Saw them in the hall and figured they were coming: well, late Saturday afternoon we figured that part out. Put that on your site for booking. Outlet in bathroom does not work(Room126)

"Where everyone knows your name"

I’ve been fortunate enough to stay at this hotel, many times throughout the last four years of my daughter‘s college experience. The employees from the manager to housekeeping are always welcoming and eager to help in any way they can. This last trip I was only scheduled to be there for three nights when something went wrong with my daughter’s new apartment, and they were able to accommodate me for one more night, even though they were almost sold out. Andrew and his staff are some of the best people around, and I can’t recommend The Tru enough.
