The room was fine, good size and fairly comfortable. Reception upon arrival was friendly and accommodating. Cookies and coffee available all day.

We were rudely awaken at 3am as the reception gave a new arrival a key card to our room. Fortunately, we had the latch on the door, however, the entire incident was horrifying. We were very shaken. We received several apologies, however, were not given any compensation or a note from the manager which would have shown to us their concern over this terrible incident.

The location was convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The place was clean.

The room had an unpleasant odor, which persisted even after opening windows. We think it smelled like wet dog, and wondered if a dog had been kept in the room.
