I liked that there was an elevator. I cant think of anything else !! Oh yeah, the cookies, great treat.👍

It was dirty, not just here or there, but everywhere in our room. Our curtains were so gross, the tub/shower was filthy, the toilet was dirty. We stayed there a few years ago, and it was a very nice place.

Maybe the price

It seemed dingy and dark. No towel rack to hang your towel on. Just not a quality hotel it needs remodeled

The bathroom needs to be up graded very nasty.

Clean, friendly staff and spacious room.

Breakfast could have offered more of a variety, but it was good.

Room was clean and except for wear and tear, pretty much up to standards.

The ladder in the pool was broken. Pool edge looked a little grubby. I wondered if attention was paid to this area.

Breakfast was decent. Location was ok.

The hotel needs a lot of work. Our room had peeling wallpaper, under the windowsill was peeling paint & dirty possibly moldy, sticky carpet, the ceiling in the main room & bathroom had stains from water leaks I assume & possible mold. Toilet was dirty & had some weird stains on the seat.

Everything. Hotel is close to all shopping and attractions. Loved the pool was very warm.

The upstairs ice machine wasn't working. But not the staff fault. Hope it will get fixed soon. We made it work getting ice. I got my exercise. Using the stairs.
