The pool was unusable because it was so cold. New years Day there were no cleaning staff. We had to take out our trash and towels and get our own replacements

I really appreciated the professionalism and politeness from the front desk staff, and the room I rented was exceptionally maintained.

Not a fault of the hotel, but the noise from the on-ramp to the freeway behind the property can be a little bit of a nuisance
