"Staff were absolutely amazing"

Views

The bathroom could be cleaner. Also we found a rat in our room. But staff were extremely attentive and moved us to a bigger villa which was not necessary. The new villa’s lounge doors to the balcony couldn’t be locked which was a problem for us.

Great location out of Sapa. It close enough to venture in. Perfect location for trekking. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Overall the Sapa who village and spa was perfect for what we wanted and was excellent value for money.

"Amazing staff on a lovely property."

Was nice having your own villa. The staff were exceptional. Mang could not have been more helpful. She arranged drivers, tours, decorating my sister’s room for her bday.

Needed a few places of maintenance but anything that came up they took care of promptly.

Bữa sáng hợp lý. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện. Tầm nhìn và sân vườn khách sạn rất tốt ; sẽ đẹp hơn nếu đi vào mùa lúa chín hoặc mùa hoa nở. Căn gia đình 2 phòng của gia đình tôi khá rộng. Nếu có xe tự lái thì càng thích hợp vì Sapa đang sửa chữa, mở đường, xây dựng nhiều khách sạn ở trung tâm thị trấn nên ồn và bụi nên resort này cách khoảng 10km thì khá yên tĩnh.

Trong phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi nhưng nên sắp xếp đẹp mắt hơn.
