Staff were so friendly and always there to help. The view was absolutely stunning and very peaceful.

I felt they overcharged me with taxi. From hotel to city centre 300k and they said same price like Grab. But No, Grab is like 216k to 250k. I know its not much but if you doing multiple trips this will add up.

In the nature, great view, stuff was great. Good breakfast

First room we get was full of bugs and was not so clean. We asked to move and we got a very nice Vila. The dinner was average and the kids didn’t like the humberger.

De lokatie midden tussen de rijstvelden en het personeel. Ze deden zo ongelofelijk hun best! Mooie planten en bloemen op het resort. Heel verzorgd. Mila heeft voor ons een wandeltocht geregeld met Pang, door de rijstvelden echt super. We zijn naar de markt geweest in Bac Ha, lange rit maar prachtige mensen gezien. We hebben een dag een tour gedaan op de motor oa naar de Silver en Love waterval 🥰. Ook heeft Mila het bus vervoer van en naar Sapa geregeld echt heel fijn. Het ontbijt konden we à la carte kiezen. We hebben er ook verschillende keren geluncht en avond gegeten en het was allemaal lekker. De dames in het restaurant deden ook echt hun best.

Als ik dan iets zou moeten noemen de harde bedden maar dat is voor iedereen natuurlijk anders.
