Quality Inn & Suites Georgetown

Property is located in a nice quite environment. I rented a suite on the 2nd floor. It had plenty of space, the sofa and bed were both comfortable. I visited for four nights, spending time with my grandbaby. The hardwood floors were nice but dirty. No mopping appeared to have taken place in sometime. Because I had my 1 year old, this would be my only concern and dislike. But overall it was a nice stay.

The hardwood floors were very filthy. And it’s a pet friendly hotel.

Staff was rude. Rooms were out of date.

Booking. Com charged me for 2 rooms. And didnt pay for one i had to pay when I got there. Never got a credit for the one room.

I didnt like anything about this hotel. There is no suites as they claim. Breakfast included in price. Breakfast includes bags of chips and cold coffee. The kitchen was closed down because they didnt pass inspection. So I would love a refund that was included in the price for my breakfast. Room was okay. Guest next door kept us awake until 530 the next morning. We originally was gonna stay 2 nights but decided to leave after one night. And quality inn will not refund my money for the second night. Also active prostitution going on in the back parking lot. Says pool open in advertisement but there were spray painted signs saying stay out! Advertised gym. No gym. Advertised work area nope not that either. The pictures on the site does not reflect what the hotel actually looks like! We stayed 3 years ago and it was fine. I dont recommend staying there to anyone. If I knew I wasnt getting a refund I would have donated the room to homeless people that have sat up homes in the woods behind there!. Awful experience and booking.com was a little helpful but I still want a refund!!!

Location was great for us; we attended a wedding very close.

The 'continental breakfast" consisted of ONLY coffee, apples, a few bagels , cereal, and a few slices of bread, There was no luggage stand/rack. There was not a stopper in the sink.

Toilet wasn’t working properly for my two days stay. Lady at the desk said they was having a sewage issue. I wish they would’ve told me that before I checked in.
