Breakfast was ok but some items did not say what it is like chicken or pork etc..

I tried calling room service several times, followed by reception. After a very long trip of more than 12 hours, I wanted to order food to my room, but no one answered the phone. Reception eventually answered and said they will ask the room service to call me back, but they did not. After waiting 1.5 hours, I had to go to the restaurant myself, where it was not very busy. The same issue occurred again this morning when I tried to call to order lunch, but there was no response.
