Haze and Kites Resort Munnar

Excellent location . The sunset view was worth watching . The property is neat and clean . And all the staff were extra courteous and helpful. They were kind enough to even make a kite for my son .

The resort is beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and the views are incredible. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the pool, playing badminton, the afternoon tea, and the nightly bonfire. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The awesome view from the pool area.

This property does not deserve five stars. Three at a push. We had a range of issues including staff turning up at our room after 9:30pm (three times!) searching for a mythical second bed they seemed convinced was in our room, having no hot water on our last morning and the previous night and having to personally halt some extremely noisy repair works going on immediately below our room at 9:45pm on our last night. And that’s just the highlights. The staff are very earnest and try their best, but it is clear that there is a real lack of training and no meaningful management presence.

لم يعجبني وقت مغادر ازعاج موظفين اكثر من مره مع انه الخروج ف ساعه 11 الستائر الغرفه تحتاج الي تغير يوجد بها عفن من الرطوبه
