Haze and Kites Resort Munnar

Staff staff staff 😆 all staff at the property were helpful and they genuinely cared for our comfort.

Location ( it was difficult to reach ), prefer the pool to be temperature controlled to be able to use it in Munnar weather ( cold) .

Had an amazing stay..the view of the sunset cottage is amazing..the manager Mr Rony is very friendly and welcoming.Mr Ajith personally took care of all our needs. All of the staffs were friendly..the service was very good..The breakfast was so tasty...had south Indian and continental options for breakfast.the chef personally came to us and asked for suggestions for lunch and dinner.the food was made according to our preferences. Overall the stay was amazing..

It was mentioned cycling can be done at the location. But the location was not suitable for it

The Properties location was simply awesome. There are 3 room categories to choose from. The highlight of the stay was the infinity pool and the hanging deck overseeing the majestic mountains all around. The rooms were clean and spacious and the property amenities too were well maintained.

The approach road to the property was too narrow for comfort. If you're travelling by an SUV,all the best to you.! The food was not all that great in the restaurant and if the rooms were fully occupied, then there will be dining constraints. But the staffs,every one of them were so responsive and helpful which would make you overlook the not so good moments in your stay!

A pearl in the ocean. The place is amazing. The crew top nothing could be better done. ( P.S.to the owner: what your team do is perfect nothing need to be changed). I will come back for sure.

The staff were very kind, helpful and professional. The resort had amazing facilities, and the restaurant quickly became our favourite place to eat. The views all around the property were fantastic. It is a little far from the Munnar town, but if you have a driver/car to get around it’s not a problem. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.
