La ubicación cerca del hermoso parque Cuzcatlan y cerca del Centro Histórico.

La nevera para guardar los alimentos un poco desordenada, creo se podría exigir un poco más a los huéspedes al respecto.

マットレスが安物で金属が身体に当たる キッチンの半分はスタッフ用で使用禁止（コンロは2箇所とも使わせてくれると嬉しい）

La ubicación muy céntrico excelente, calidad precio.

El ventilador de la habitación no hacía bien su trabajo, hacía mucha calor.

The location is great, with everything you need accessible within a 20 minute walk or less (historic city centre, shopping centre, mercado central). The room was spacious with plenty space for luggage even in a room for 8 people. In addition to the ensuite bathroom there were 2 extra bathrooms outside the room. Kitchen was alright, with cooking facilities and always clean. Very nice outdoor area, although also the only smoking area within the property.

Kitchen had too little amount of cups and bowls and not enough space in the fridge. And the hostel was not even fully booked. But what was probably the most annoying part was that there were house rules but only little enforcement. One guest in particular ignored the quiet hours by using her phone, on speaker and without headphones after 10pm and as early as 5:30am. And that every night I stayed. The staff wass unable to manage that behaviour and the guest was simply ignorant no matter how often she was approached. Definitely bring your ear plugs!

Emplacement

Le personnel peu courtois. J'arrive 1h52 le personnel me dit que le bureau ouvre seulement à 14h. Je laisse mon sac et je reviens vers 20h30. La même personne est a table et me dit que c'est sa pause. Je lui dit que je suis fatiguée et que je voudrais vraiment me reposer dansma chambre. Mais rien à faire elle me dit qu'elle a droit à sa pause. Manque de respect pour les clients.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Ofrece muchas comodidades, muchos espacios, habitaciones amplias, bastante limpio todo, comunicación y reglas claras, una atención excelente.

Nada malo en mi estancia.
