Little bit smaller than excepted. Four adults would be better suited to family with small children.

Not enough eating plates and bowls etc. Only a three piece setting not 4, could have been cleaner overall. No face washes. No lift provided,

Beds were very uncomfortable, when laying in the queen bed you could feel the springs digging into you, we had to buy a mattress topper so we could sleep. There's also no heating or cooling so when the sun came up in the morning it was so hot we aimed to leave before 9am everyday. There are no windows in the laundry room so the heat from the dryer makes everything sweaty and hot, it was very dirty and dusty. The carpets need to be cleaned, there are also stains all over the lounge and it is very uncomfortable. We left the door and windows open pretty much the whole stay because it was very hot and stuffy. It was only roughly 20° everyday and so hot inside, it would be horrible in summer!

It was close to the Melbourne Showgrounds as we were attending an event there.

Once we had paid for the accommodation on the website we were flooded with emails from the company offering the accommodation, about 20 emails & 6 phone calls during the week of the accommodation, was also sent another more expensive invoice than on Booking. Com. They also wanted my credit card details for a pending $295 in case we damage the apartment. The car park allocated was already taken by someone else. It was in the next apartment block as well. The person giving us the keys couldn’t speak English, and the person on the phone spoke broken English & asked me to text message them to get my message across. The apartment was in the next block than the photos show, and therefore we couldn’t find the person to give us the keys. Apartment was clean except the couch was heavily stained. By the time we got into the apartment we were 45 minutes late for our scheduled check in, even though we arrived 30 minutes early and I called them to let them know we were there. Had only been in the apartment 15 minutes & I received an email asking how we enjoyed our stay & how to check out. Got the feeling that we weren’t that welcome. Good thing we were only using it to get some sleep.

"Filthy Accomodation, No lift or air conditioning."

Absolutely nothing. It was the most filthiest apartment I had ever seen. We didn’t stay there at all and were inside the property with just enough time to take a few photos. The property owners/managers offered to send a cleaner until we told them that it would take more than a couple of hours of cleaning to get this apartment up to average standard. It was a hot day and there is no air conditioning which was unbelievable and only 2 filthy dirty pedestal fans which didn’t work as they were too clogged with filth. We then had to scramble to find alternate accomodation. We are now fighting to get our $735 accomodation money back. The owner refuses to refund us and booking.com are trying to help to no avail. We paid our money to booking.com so it should be refunded by them and then they get their money returned by the apartment owner. We have had to make so many phone calls to try to get help with refunding our money but we just keep getting the run around and no one seems to be helping us or care. Do not stay at this place and if you find nice accomodation on booking.com, ring the business directly and discuss your holiday plans. Booking.com is a worldwide site and are great when all Good. But when things go wrong, you struggle to get anyone to help you.

"Overall stay was ok"

Quietness of the neighbours and little to no traffic

The lock was not finished which was just nerve wracking. The room got very hot, it needs an air con or mor fans. An unexplained fee has also been taken from my bank account under this name

"DO NOT STAY HERE"

Location

Firstly we were never told of which room we were staying in, and once we got in it was so hot with no air con. the toilet stunk of sewage and there was rubbish under the couch’s and also the balcony, Place was filthy. After we left, we were told that they couldn’t find a key where we all knew that the door was locked behind us with the key left on the bench. They were trying to keep our bond for a pair of keys they “couldn’t” find which doesn’t cost anywhere near $300. Don’t book here they’re dodgy as
