"It is an average hotel don’t keep your expectations high."

Location and easy access were very helpful. Coffee at the breakfast was good. Breakfast was also ok. Not the best not the worst.

Bath towels were like a paper they need to be upgraded. House keeping is a disaster. Nobody came for pick up the trash and change the towels. I needed to remind 2 times. It has kitchen but it does not have sponge or dish soap. There was no body lotion.

Their breakfast is very good and the size of the rooms are great. The staff are always wonderful and helpful.

The pool was down for maintenance.

It was clean and close to Disneyland.

There was no notice the pool was under construction, the trash can needed to be bigger and it would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan.

Perfect location, walking distance to Disneyland. Very family friendly with generous room layout and comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our short one night stay and would absolutely stay here again.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

"Exceptional"

We got a bi-level loft. It was one of the only hotels in the area that had the space needed for my family of 6. We walked to the toy story parking lot in about 5 minutes and straight from disneyland in about 15 minutes. The breakfast was amazing and different each day, the room was clean and the beds were comfy. It was perfect for my family's stay for our Disney vacation!
