"Wasted opportunity for a good place to stay."

The food was great and the futon comfortable.

It’s very dated. No toilets in your own room. Staff were very unfriendly. We felt like we were a burden to them. The food was great but they just shoved in front of us with no explanation. I speak Japanese and that didn’t help. The Japanese couple opposite us at meal times thought the same. It was a shame as it could’ve been much better.
