Crowne Plaza Chicago-Northbrook, an IHG Hotel

I have been at differ IHG hotels but this one lets me down every time , bathrooms are in poor condition, so are some of the rooms , lights don’t work it’s just terrible

I chose this hotel partly due to the 4 star rating it had on Orbitz. It did not live up to that rating. Our room was not very clean - cobwebs, etc. The refrigerator froze everything we put in there and could not be adjusted. If I needed anything, I had to go down to the front desk to get it. It was disappointing all around and just meh. Not worthy of 4 stars.

This place is not safe. My catalytic converter was stolen while parked there. Parking area is dark and no security cameras. Front desk it wasnt the first time. Would not recommend this place. Breakfast was also way too expensive for family.

Nice quiet place to lodging

It's clean and comfotable. Staffs are so kind and informative.

The fire alarm went off at 5am. No announcements were never made.

it provided what I needed, no more no less. what more needs to be said.
