Huge suite, very reasonably priced, mixer in shower was finicky which made regulating water temps a bit tricky but apart from that everything was great.

"Second year here…"

Came for the second time to this hotel. It’s a yearly Women's retreat with people all over Chicago. The staff at the front desk are exceptional. We had a few older women (I’m only 65!😂) and they needed close rooms to all the events. The manager of the front desk jumped in to help and accommodate the women. I wish I knew her name! Anyway, this place is far from fancy. It’s clean, easy to get to , and the service could not be better! Kudos to the hiring manager here. BTW I felt the same way last year. The bed is comfortable and the conference rooms are conveniently located!
