The baggage man who was quick to help us after confirming our checked-in. Do not accept a room with a connecting room.

- WiFi is slow - No window so the room smells like you are inside of an old bus with a lot of people (moldy and no air freshner) - Toilet flush is broken (have to manually fill the tank with bidet water and hold the water stopper to finally flush) - Blankets and bedsheet smells bad - Towels not clean (no bathrobe) - No hangers - Electric kettle is dirty - No doormat - TV is broken - Lampshade is not working I CAN HEAR PEOPLE TALKING IN THE ROOM BESIDE US. IMAGINE IF THEY ARE COUPLE?? i called the front desk at 1am because they are shouting as if there's an emergency and laughing so loud(i suspect they are drunk and still drinking inside), she just called the room to lessen their noise. the group of people checked-in in the afternoon in our last day stay. i called the front desk again at 2:30am if they can be transfer to other room because we cannot sleep and we have a flight early in the morning, she said they are fully booked but when i checked in this app, they still have availabilities that day. I can hear people walking in the hallway. 😭

Front desk (female) is not nice to be with.. a lil bit strict and moody.. one of the essential character a front desk must posses are the following: - Warm and Welcoming - means a friendly demeanor and genuine smile can instantly create a positive first impression. - Patience and Tolerance - means the ability to remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations.

Beliggenhet var perfekt. Nær til sjøen og båtkaia. Personalet var imøtekommende

Betalte for komfortrom, men var så små at det var vanskelig å bevege seg i rommet for 2 personer. Lite og mørkt bad. Vinduene var meget skittent utvendig, så sikten ut var dårlig.

Hall propre

Chambre désastreuse. Extrêmement sale et humide : sol et murs mouillés en permanence et énormément de moisissures dans la salle de bain, poussière partout. Invasion de fourmis dans la chambre, ce qui ne semble pas inquiéter le personnel. Très bruyant.
