Place is not a good place to stay period

小さい給湯器は英国製で新しく、少ないがお湯が出たのは期待以上でした。 三菱製のエレベータは反応も動きも良い。

スリッパと冷蔵庫があればなおいいが、私は気にしません。

Staff was friendly and accomodating.

I paid more for a room with a view and ended up not really a good room to be in. Didn't sleep the 1st night because of the noise out the street that you could hear so loud inside. You can't even appreciate the view because all you see is a dirty window with a pigeon outside and not much the city or the ocean. I had to asl the fron desk to transfer us in a different room (even without a view) so we could sleep better. That room was supposedly cheaper but I am not able to get a refund for the difference so I said it's ok as long as I get a decent room where we could sleep better since we are staying there for 5 days. The shower area gets flooded because the water drains really slow. The faucet in the bathroom sink was moving all the time and can't stay put, so it was hard to wash hands or do anything in the sink.

We really appreciated the location—right next to the jetty port, which made it incredibly convenient for our early 5:30am boat departure. The room was comfortable, and the beds were cozy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the elevators were fast and efficient, and the building had a calm and relaxing atmosphere. There was always hot water in the shower, and the TV worked well too, which added to the comfort of our stay.

The internet was unreliable and kept cutting out, which was frustrating. We also experienced a few power outages during our stay. Additionally, the room felt quite small and a bit cramped for our needs as we had large suitcases we could only open one and it would block the whole walkway and room.
