Very good location. I love that everything is accessible. Port and terminal are just a few steps away. The room was clean. Housekeeping cleans the room without you having to tell them. Ac works fine. Staff were great.

Wifi connection is unstable. The room we got doesn't have a cabinet, so our things are just lying on the floor.

Es gab kein Frühstück. Die Lage ist gut. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen-Terminal entfernt. Das WLAN ist nicht besonders schnell und hat häufiger Aussetzer.

Für den Preis war es wie erwartet. Die Fenster sind nicht besonders gedämmt und lassen die Außengeräusche schon sehr ungefiltert durch, was aber bei vielen Hotels hier so ist.

Location wise is perfect for, very close to establishments.

Your internet, you need to fix it, very poor in connection. Always down guest cannot connect to internet, guest shouldn’t need to worry for internet, always go to front desk ask for assistance, but less assistance is given, front desk people, sometimes good sometimes not, i guess depends on their mood, guest need not to adjust for them. Focus more in customer not on yourself!

Schimmel im Bad, Bettlaken dreckig. Klima ging nur wenn sie wollte. Maintanance war immer brummig und schlecht gelaunt.
