Quality of facilities generally. Location.

Poor location of power points, especially for the jug. There is nowhere on the bench to plug it in. Lack of variety of pillows...not everyone likes soft, feathery pillows. They might look good for showy purposes, but they're not always functional.

Modern, clean & great location for the town, host was easily reachable and replied quickly to any enquiries. Would definitely stay here again

Unfortunately we couldn’t get the jacuzzi to warm up so it was a little too cool, we did manage to use it though, there were also ants in the shower tray & bathroom on the day we left.

Great location, clean and nicely decorated apartment with good facilities in the room such as essential air-conditioning and TV. It ticked a lot of boxes.

This isn't a hotel to be clear. The entrance was on a little side street and up two floors of steps. The hallway had a really unpleasant smell which was massively off-putting when exiting and entering the apartment. There's other residential apartments in the building so could be something to do with that our wastage/bins.

Fantastic stay in Le Premier Luxury rooms, we stayed in the Deluxe Double room which was spacious and comfortable with lovely decoration and furnishings and a great bathroom with shower. The location is perfect for visiting Split as you are inside the palace walls and everything is on your doorstep. Highly recommend the accommodation and Split is a beautiful city to visit. Will definitely return soon!

Communications with Josip was excellent. Our stay could not have been any better!!!

Great place in a middle of the Old Town. We got a well renowned and furnished room on the second floor. Bed was big and very comfortable. Bathroom was relatively small but without claustrophobic. Like all; including perfect communication with the manager/owner. The place doesn’t serve breakfast but next to the apartment there are lots of restaurants.
