Location was superb. Clean and tidy. Host was fantastic and informative

The room was very clean, great location. Toma was amazing, he gave us great recommendations and very accommodating.

Our air conditioner stopped working one night, but they were quick to fix it. Other than that no problems. A bit noisy due to the bar located across from the apartment

Great property, awesome location, close to food and drinking places, close to the marina.

The best part of this property was the location, right in the heart of old town split

1.Communication was very slow. I had to chase them for my check in (meet up) time, maybe their staff is stretched as we did see the same person who greeted us 2 hours later in another part of town in a rush greeting someone else. 2.The previous person in our room had locked the safe so we contacted them straight away and they came back an hour later to fix this. Perhaps check this in the future as part of the cleaning process. 3. On the final night there was a leak from the ceiling from one of their other apartments above, I let them know of this and never had a response back. Luckily we were checking out that morning

Great location and very spacious and modern bathroom

The room overall wasn’t as “luxury” as the listing leads you to believe. The mini fridge didn’t work, the staff are not great at responding to messages (even though I could see they had read them on WhatsApp), the pillows are wafer thin and to top it off the key card didn’t open one of the property doors which resulted in me getting locked out of the room! There are better options in Split for the price.

Excellent location. Not a great smell in the stairwell, kinda fishy, probably from the restaurant next door but the rooms didn’t smell thankfully. Noise from the street from the bars and restaurants but with windows closed it was totally fine. Thank you for a lovely stay.
