Le Premier Luxury Rooms

Location was excellent, everything less than 5 minute walk away. The room itself very nicely decorated and extremely comfortable bed. Very blackout rooms

Noise - it’s opposite a bar so it’s very loud at night, and kept us awake so if you’re sensitive to noise I would avoid. Having a change of towels/bed made/coffee top up would have improved it. A/C didn’t work amazing

Great location, clean, ease of access and communications. Nice scents in bathroom soaps etc. Well lit with decent shower.

Limited space to unpack etc, perfect if travelling light. Could do with few coat hooks etc. More clothes hangers for the rail. New umbrellas in stairway. Fridge was very noisy so we unplugged it. Tv remote needed batteries. Door entry shared by back door to a restaurant so food smells in the hallway. Nothing bad just aware of it. Busy nightlife steet so some noise later but windows do a good job. Had it been warmer though we would have had to keep them open and may have been more of an issue.

Hotel was walkable from the airport.

Well appointed, nice Air conditioning comfortable bed updated very nice bathroom and on 1st floor easy to reach

Directions from parking caused us to look for an hour.

The location was excellent and the host was flexible with my changing plans. He was also quick to respond and provided good local information

I didn't want to leave. I could have stayed in Split for another month or lifetime. There is plenty to do nearby - eating, sight-seeing or lots of fun

The location was perfect; a few minutes from the centre of the old town and easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and harbour. 4th floor, no lift. We're pretty fit so we were okay but this fact needs mentioning; an older or less fit couple would have struggled.

We stayed for four nights. On returning to the rooms on the second day, we were disappointed to see that our towels hadn't been changed, nor had the rubbish been collected. We paid over £800 for 'serviced rooms'. I messaged the manager who told me that service is only provided on request. Might have been handy to have known this. We requested 'service' the following day. Returned home to the same dirty towels and overflowing bin. (Discarding rubbish responsibly is difficult in Split). Finally had our towels changed and room cleaned the day before we left; so once in 4 days. Unacceptable.

Good location on the edge of old Town Split. Don't have to walk too far to get to it. 3 stories of steps to walk up, which is typical of old Town. Least impressed with plumbing in shower of suite 5, seems there is no p-trap installed as bathroom was full of sewer gasses. Not acceptable for the price paid and not rocket science to correct this.

Gaining access proved tricky as we hadn't had the email with keycodes. Luckily we had a rear of property room as it very noisy each evening at the front.

Our Le Premier Room was very nice, comfortable, clean and attractive. The main problem we experienced was that it is very noisy at night with a loud bar and pizza place right next to the building. The noise went on till at least midnight. Also, know that you have to carry your bags up three flights of stairs to get to the room. If you’re willing to do that it’s a nice place to stay, especially if you close the windows. Air conditioning was good.
