The Kingsbury at No7 & No8

1 night stay, most comfortable. Very good super king bed. Continental brekkie just right too.

The B&B was in a charming period property with a clean, tidy entrance. We had booked a deluxe double bedroom with en-suite and our bedroom was very comfortable. However, our bathroom was outside of our room and on the landing next to another room. This wasn’t mentioned at any time during or after the booking process. Having to leave your room to use the bathroom wasn’t convenient, as we would need to ensure we were fully clothed etc and have all our toiletries etc with us, even during the night! The continental breakfast was well thought through and more than enough to eat!

Room was comfortable but as breakfast had to be eaten in room I was surprised that there was such a small space for the table and only one chair for the two of us. The temperature in bathroom was 25° C which was too hot. I didn’t know how to turn it down but did manage to turn off radiator in bedroom. And as we had quite a few different items for breakfast I guess that could have included the VIP free drinks, i.e. fresh milk, orange juice and water?
