Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was very kind, welcoming us personally. Amazing balcony and view, great location - close to the centre and our favourite beach. Very clean and comfortable! The host was so kind and allowed us a late checkout as well.

We loved everything

Fotini was the perfect host. The room was big and very clean. Excellent view from the balcony.

Having the shower over the bath meant climbing in and out. A grab handle would be useful for us more elderly guests. Although the accommodation is only 10 minute walk from the town centre, it would not be suitable for less mobile people, as the location is in a hilly part of town.

Fotini gave me a super welcome and although I was looking forward to doing nothing but sunbathe for 5 days, she went through all the recommended restaurants, beaches, car excursions etc. I had enough material to last me a good 2 weeks, she had so much enthusiasm and wanted for me to see the real Cretan villages and not just the resort. On my return to the UK, I had an 00:45 flight from Heraklion and she generously let me use the room until I had to leave to get back to the airport, this was without any extra charge; this was very kind of her, probably upset the cleaning schedule but made my last day so much more relaxing. Pool area (lots of sunbeds) also very clean along with cleaning standards in general. She also gave me a bag of local herbs to use for grilling meat and left a note on my door handle reassuring me that I could use the room that day for as long as I wanted. She is now my Greek mother and I look forward to seeing her again.

Maybe a smart TV so I could log into Netflix. But used my laptop instead.

Die Inhaberin hat uns sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich empfangen obwohl wir erst spät am Abend anreisen konnten. Das Apartment war gross und sehr sauber. Die kleinen Willkommens Präsente und die Insider Tipps waren super und wir haben uns den ganzen Aufenthalt jederzeit bestens betreut gefühlt.
