Hilton Pearl River

The hotel is amazing with such a great staff. The food was delicious and the hotel was so accommodating to our event. The hotel is inviting for groups and families and is set in an estate like setting. We could not be happier.

Beautiful hotel

As a Hilton Honors member we stay at many Hilton hotels, and this is one of the best in the country. The hotel is in a beautiful setting and the lobby is very welcoming. The staff , from front desk to housekeeping is outstanding. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Loved that you still got bars of soap and not squirt bottles. Make up removers were also appreciated. The catering staff was fabulous and went out of their way to be helpful The facilities for a function are first rate, and everything was seamless from start to finish Highly recommend this hotel!!!

As a Diamond member who has stayed over 160 nights at Hilton this year, I was WOWWED at this location, not only was it very clean and the staff was amazing but I actually got a email from the owner just saying thank you for staying with us. It was not a cookie cutter email, it had feelings and things that made it personal. Very classy and highly recommend this location and staff!

The Hilton Pearl River is magical!! My husband and I had our wedding and ten year wedding anniversary party there and most recently, our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah celebration!! We looked nowhere else as we knew that Hilton Pearl River was the perfect venue for our daughter’s party. It looks like a castle and planning this alongside Gerry Burns was amazing. There are not enough words to express the gratitude we feel for this incredibly special celebration!! Gerry Burns has planned each of our families celebrations and this time she did so alongside her daughter Abby. Gerry ensures every last detail is flawless. She is always thinking ahead and can’t be more lovely , warm and gracious. It truly is like having a family member planning your party. The care and love that went into this party is beyond words. Every staff member from Trish and Jaqueline in reservations, to Derek Rubino in catering to Charlie greeting you on arrival, is truly heartwarming, the renovated rooms are beautiful and the food is outstanding. The service is incredible. Gerry and team go above and beyond to ensure all to exceed all expectations. Don’t look any further, book your next party at the Hilton Pearl River!

I have stayed at the Hilton Pearl River multiple times and have always had a hood experience. In addition, I have held both of my daughters' weddings here as well as multiple fundraising events. The event staff is a pleasure to work with. The food is delicious. They have accommodated all my special requests.

The Hilton Pearl River is in a great location that provides a beautiful setting for events. This October was our second year holding a two-day training event there, and we already have plans to go again next year. Here is just an example of the many ways this venue excels: • Hotel rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. • Banquet/meeting room facilities are spacious and appealing. • The food was very good and well-labeled. • The best part of holding an event at Hilton Pearl River (HPR) is the staff and the outstanding service they provide. HPR Staff are very professional, kind, helpful, and talented. Staff were very gracious in attending to the needs of our audience. I highly recommend the HPR for any event. They work with you so well to accommodate your needs and requests, both in the planning stage and while at the event.

The staff was very accommodating and understanding. We had an issue with our room and the staff gave us a credit. The mattresses are older and it shows but the bedding was clean and the pillows were very comfortable.

The HVAC unit was broken.
