Hello everyone, My name is Erica and wanted to share my experience at the Hilton in Pearl River, NY. From the moment you step into the Pearl River Hilton you are treated like family. Everyone treats you wonderful and extremely professional. Looking for a place for a wedding? Look no further, the Hilton in Pearl River is the place to have it. They offer an amazing package. We had our son's wedding there on 10/3/2025. It was spectacular. The ceremony was outside and what a job they did. The food is outstanding. There is so much included and for the price it it worth more. The Bride and Groom get the honey moon suite (and trust me it is a suite) and the parents get the night of the wedding as well. All part of their amazing package. Everyone made the experience amazing and the Bride and Groom will never forget. I dealt with Gerry for all the planning. Words really can not describe how wonderful she is. As the event got closer, we met Derrick, who is on top of "his game". Gerry, Derreck and amazing staff were there for the entire event and after. Perfect event. The general manager and owner, William is also amazing. We stayed there for 2 nights and the rooms are lovely and atmosphere all around is perfect. I hope who ever decides to go has a wonderful and enjoyable time. We Did!!!

We hosted a 4-day 200 person retreat at the Hilton Pearl River and it was the best decision we could have made. The venue rooms were perfect for our sessions + meals throughout the day, and the rooms were perfect for our guests/attendees. The best part: the entire staff was absolutely incredible, professional, and beyond lovely to work with. If you are thinking of hosting at this hotel, you are in amazing hands.

I liked the on-site tavern we had a great bartender who made the stay even better , the rooms were comfortable and the bell boy was so kind !

The hotel is really outdated and could use remodeling.

Location is beautiful Staff is super friendly and helpful Rooms were decent but had issue with bathroom. They did come and try their best to repair and make my stay more pleasant. Worth coming to.

We hosted a business event at Hilton Pearl River in September 2025 with about 70 participants over 4 days, utilizing almost 10 of their meeting spaces throughout the week. It was an absolute pleasure working with the Hilton Pearl River team! They earned our business by designing a proposal that was a perfect fit for our program. Everyone from the Event Coordinator, Sales Manager, Reservations Manager, to the Audio-Visual Team and Accounts Receivable Department were professional, very helpful, extremely responsive, detail oriented, and worked attentively to ensure our group had the BEST possible experience and that EVERY aspect of our program ran smoothly. The team consistently went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service and hospitality! The level of service provided by the Hilton Pearl River team is unique, special, and should be celebrated! Such a team makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE when planning an event! I highly recommend this hotel and can see why Hilton Pearl River has been voted as "Best Overall Service" of all Hiltons in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut for 9 of 10 Consecutive Years!
