Gerry and her team are wonderful, pure magic in the hospitality industry. As someone who has spent over 15 years working in a hotel, I always look for that exceptional service, knowledge and care and this team knows how to give you just that. Under Gerry’s leadership, we have pulled off a multitude of special fundraising events - from planning, to event set up to event execution, there is nothing this team won’t do to go above and beyond. I would go to the Pearl River Hilton any day, any time, any event!

The beauty of this hotel is the staff and team members. All employees I encountered were helpful, cheerful and very professional. The common areas and dining/bar in the hotel are all very inviting spaces. I had a very minor issue with my room and when I mentioned it at front desk it was immediately taken care of. I look forward to returning to this hotel.

Overall experience exceeded our expectations! Our team appreciated the natural light and unique beauty of the banquet rooms. The IT services delivered! The attention to detail the catering dept provided, especially with our many dietary restrictions, were appreciated! The customer service from the managers and their teams was first class! The hotel rooms were clean and spacious. This was the most relaxed event I put together and that was because of all the work the Hilton Pearl River team did for us! Thank you for making our event successful!

Close to town and golf ..

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The front staff was friendly and very helpful. The dining staff was superb rooms were clean and would definitely recommend and stay again.

My stay was pleasant staff very friendly, this hotel has to microwave in room or lobby which is horrible! They have 2 overpriced restaurants there I guess to make you dine there. Other than this no other complaints. Rooms were very clean and cleaning staff was great.

Private party had a loud music until 3am. I was trying to reach out stuff at night, texted, but didn’t get any response. I didn’t call, because I have a lil kid, and didn’t want to wake her up. As I know there are quite hours in the hotels, but not in this one. Also there is a law regulations about the noise, that also was ignored. If you have a private party with many guests - don’t allow other people to book rooms, or make a good sound isolation.

The unique ambiance of the entire property was beyond compare. The helpful Staff made my stay unmatched to any other hotel. I arrived at the property a half hour before three o’clock p.m. In preparation for a wedding I was attending at The Estate at Florentine and the young lady checked me in without question. Thank you

This hotel was so disappointing. Firstly, there was no shampoo in the bottle and after calling the front desk they asked us to come downstairs (mid-shower) to collect shampoo. Once arriving, they said they did not have any shampoo and sent us off with conditioner. Additionally, they were incredibly rude and said “this is not the first time this happened.” We were trying this hotel as an upcoming bride to book a hotel block and it is safe to say we will not be booking it. On one last note, the wifi was not functioning all night which we did not even bother to call about.
