Also no refrigerator in any rooms. That’s also a problem. First no complimentary breakfast then no refrigerator and microwave. YIKES.

For the amount of more than $250 a night, hotels should have complimentary breakfast at least. Honestly for Hilton that was unexpected. Not worth the price. I have been to so many Hilton hotels, and never was disappointed until now. I won’t recommend this hotel to others.

Since it’s a hotel, we and our guests were able to stay overnight, making the transition from the reception to the after-party and next-day brunch so easy. Speaking of brunch, having it right at the hotel was such a great touch—it let us continue celebrating with our guests in a relaxed setting the next morning. And let’s not forget the incredible bridal suite, which was spacious, luxurious, and the perfect place to get ready. Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal! One of the main courses was filet mignon, cooked to perfection—just what we needed after a night of dancing. Every course was delicious, and our guests are still raving about the meal. And for those who weren’t ready for the night to end, the hotel bar had karaoke, which kept the celebration going well past the reception! If you want a wedding venue that offers beauty, convenience, and top-tier service, the Pearl River Hilton is an easy choice. From the exceptional staff to the incredible food and all the little extras that made the weekend unforgettable, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend!

Very nice, quiet & clean.

Would not recommend this hotel. The problems we encountered: 1) False charges on the final bill ($170 restaurant charge on the bill that was not ours (we were off-site at a wedding)). 2) Thin walls between rooms. Don't expect a reasonably quiet stay. We could hear everything happening in the hallway & neighboring room. 3) Another family member in the wedding party was given a room above the hotel bar, which had a party until 4:00am & the blaring music could be heard in the rooms above the bar and sleep was impossible. Upon contacting the front desk about the matter, the only response was gas-lighting. It's unconscionable that the hotel would charge one group to reserve the bar for a party, while also charging for rooms above (in which sleep is impossible). The better side of things: 1) Breakfast at La Maisonette (hotel restaraunt) was reasonable. Not great, but not bad. 2) When the issue was brought up the next day (about the noisy bar beneath the rooms & the subsequent gas-lighting response by employees at the front desk), the manager there at the time agreed there was no excuse for any of this, & they offered a different room(s) for the next night and a room credit for the lost night of sleep. 3) Fitness room is decent for a hotel of this caliber (mediocre in terms of amenities, service etc) 4) It took the inconvenience of calling Hilton, waiting on hold, speaking to a rep for some time, and 3 days wait, but they did indeed remove the $170 restaurant charge. That said, this isn't the first problem i've had with Hilton (at different locations) with erroneous charges.

Room was average. Beds were comfortable. We were there for a family wedding and a lot of rooms were reserved. I did not like the knock on the door by the lady with the clipboard reminding us it was time to checkout 15 minutes before the time. We are all adults and know what time was checkout and we were getting ready to exit. For a large group giving the hotel business I found it very rude.

Excellent customer service from the whole staff. So accommodating and eager to please. I organized a meeting and customer service by everyone was exceptional. The event staff as well as the catering staff were always accessible. Sleeping rooms were lovely and the conference rooms very professional.

The girl Michelle behind the desk, went over and beyond to help us out. She is a fine asset to the hotel.
