We had an excellent experience with my daughter’s wedding at the Pearl River Hilton. From the start, Gerry was organized, proactive, and professional. She handled every detail with care, giving us peace of mind and making the planning process smooth. On the wedding day, Gerry, Derek and their staff went above and beyond, coordinating seamlessly with our vendors and ensuring everything ran perfectly. Trish did a great job managing the room block and reservations, and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend the Pearl River Hilton!

It’s the third time that Hilton disappointed me. We had a fire alarm in the middle of the night, no explanation, woke up my baby, never offered a later check out because of that.

"Great stay!"

Wow. Absolutely beautiful hotel. We are only sorry that we couldn’t stay longer. We were in town to visit Sleepy Hollow and chose to spend the night at this hotel. I was upgraded to a corner room which was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast was very good.

"Impressive Hotel"

Without question one of the finest Hilton’s I have ever stayed in. It has a very sophisticated feel to it. Rooms are sleek and super modern. The location next to golf course is also a major plus. Additionally. Shane at the front desk was super professional and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Hilton Pearl River has exceeded my expectations. From the initial planning stages for our business technology conference, to adjusting out total numbers needs, meals planning, to landing onsite and checking in - It all went smoothly and without any insurmountable challenges. The customer service provided by the team at Hilton Pearl River was top notch and the facility is beautiful and well maintained. The ease of checking in using current technologies was superb. Being able to pick your own room based on what is available, as seen on the app was a first-time experience, similar to choosing your own seat in the airplane (without having to pay extra for it!). Overall, a great experience. thank you, Max, Kaylee, Brian, and the entire team. Angel
