"Elegante e lussuoso hotel"

L’albergo è stato una sorpresa. Appena entrati siamo stati colpiti dall’eleganza, la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale. Non sembra di essere in un tre stelle ma piuttosto un 5 stelle. L’albergo non offre colazione ma ci sono tante possibilità nei dintorni. Offre una Spa con Onsen privato di lusso che lascia senza parole. Le camere sono confortevoli, eleganti e con tutto quello che serve.

C’était difficile de s’entretenir avec le personnel car il parlait pas très bien anglais à part une personne qui nous a bien orienté

"Luxurious hotel at reasonable price"

The location is top notch, the hotel is very calm and relaxing; rooms are big for Japanese standards, even for European standards. We stayed in the “simplest” room which had a mini hallway separated by a door, the bedroom with tatami floors and a bathroom unit which had separate entries to toilet and bath/shower. There are relaxation rooms (free), laundry rooms and private spas (steam/hot stone + mini onsen; 90min for 5000JPY) on the 4th floor. The personell is very kind and helpful. Overall an amazing hotel, if I visit Kyoto again, I will be staying here for sure!

L’emplacement parfait et la chambre était sublime avec le spa privé très belle expérience.

Nous avons tout aimé sauf le personnel pourrait être un peu plus serviable et flexible surtout quand on met le prix :)

Helt nydelig hotell! Vakkert og gjennomtenkt interiør. Skuldrene senket seg så fort vi kom inn i resepsjonen. Helt nydelige og super komfortable senger. Ble helt glad i det blide, vennlige og imøtekommende personalet. Beliggenheten er helt perfekt med korte avstander til alt vi ville se og oppleve. Dette er det vakreste og hyggeligste hotellet jeg noen gang har bodd på. Vi trivdes så godt at vi utvidet oppholdet med et døgn.

Mislikte ingenting. Kun positive opplevelser.
