No one around staff didn’t seem bothered

I loved this hotel. My only complaint was not being able to stay longer.

The steam room took time to reach a proper steam level, which I think is because of an air gap that released steam into the rest of the room. The dry sauna was different because it was not stated it was going to be an infrared sauna or a far infrared sauna. I was expecting more of a traditional dry sauna, but I was excited to see the steam.

Honestly nothing. If I was being picky I would say the entrance - you take an elevator to get to the front desk and another to your room. No view, and no hot breakfast, but these were not important to me for this trip.

This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. Our room was super nice and seemed recently renovated, especially the bathroom was so nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a main street which was convenient, but still felt quiet and peaceful. Great location close to many restaurants. Only a few yards away there was a family-owned breakfast place that we loved and went almost every day. Our room was relatively large for being in Kyoto were everything is small. And the beds were so comfortable that we felt like sleeping the whole time. And most important than anything (to me), the cleanliness was top notch. Next time I return to Kyoto I will always stay here.

Secondaire, mais dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de PDéj ni de personnel le soir.

Beautiful, elegant hotel with a perfect mix of traditional Japanese and western qualities. Located in a great, quiet neighborhood close to nice restaurants and quaint streets. The staff were all so kind and helpful. Breakfast was a traditional Japanese style breakfast. Lovely.
