This was our final stop before heading back to Negombo, and it was a great choice. We picked the hotel for its strong reviews and the pool, and it didn’t disappoint. While it’s not directly on the beach, it’s an easy walk to the shore, with supermarkets, money exchange, and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with strong water pressure in the shower. The balcony was a nice addition—giving us space to sit, enjoy the view, and get some fresh air. Breakfast was excellent—generous portions with plenty of options. The pool was a highlight for the kids, with both shallow and deeper sections to enjoy. What really made the stay was the team. From reception to security, everyone was friendly, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile.

The rooms were very spacious and clean with big bathrooms. Very large comfortable beds. Nice big balcony. Aircon was on when we got there which is a rarity. Breakfast was very good and they served it earlier due to our flight. The pool was excellent, large and very clean. Also enjoyed the garden setting. The staff were wonderful and attended to every need. Excellent location.

Lovely and clean rooms, great pool, perfect location

Great large pool which was shaded in afternoon (plus as we had enough sun), location close to supermarket and main road but not noisy, friendly and helpful staff. Several options for breakfast. Visiting peacock to our balcony. Upstairs front double rooms were nice and had balcony.

Some of the upstairs rooms (towards back of building) and the family rooms downstairs smelled a little damp.
