Nice location just behind busy Main Street. Friendly staff and great breakfast.

Not a dislike but there were issues with water pressure and on one occasion ran out of water completely. Appears to have been a management error perhaps not checking supply as other businesses in the area had water.

The air conditioned room was a welcome relief to someone who is more accustomed to a cooler climate. The hotel provided a refreshment and plenty of water upon arrival which was appreciated. I also made use of the on-site pool in the early evening to cool down which was pleasant before dinner. The room itself had everything and more that was needed. Always had a good night sleep during my 4 night stay, which was great for someone who doesn't always sleep well in anything other than their own bed.

What's not to like about this place.

Everything was perfect, the room, the hotel, the staff, the pool, the food, the location, you will not find a better hotel than this one. Slightly off the main road so no noise of traffic or the busy street but only a 10 min walk from the beach. Staff go above and beyond, make you feel very welcome and are very accommodating. If I come back to Sri Lanka I will stop here again.
