Amazing pool

Location and feeling is good

Communication and we were getting charged for the cleaning but if you are staying 2 or more days. Required more soaps and coffee but there were only 2-3 of these things

Big space

The room was big but not the same as advertised. There were a lot of stains throughout the room, and the living room smelled off. It was a case of expectations vs. reality. There was no Wi-Fi. I tried to tell the staff, but there was no response. Disappointing. The windows are hard to open, the bed is slanted. The sofa is too hard, very uncomfortable.

Bar across road

The rooms are privately owned. The onsite staff serve only the owners. No cleaning or change of sheets. No car park access with room. Costs were high compared to alternative areas.

The room full of ants and no water pressure in shower taps .

Nothing!

The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay but they need to be more organised and also it is completely wrong to charge for cleaning when the room has already been paid for.
